Reflection

After you have completed the meditation, review these questions with your guides. I encourage you to repeat the meditation, as the messages continue to unfold with each practice. Revisit these questions everytime you participate in the meditation. Notice how the answers expand and evolve.

  1. What messages received in meditation stood out the most? You don't need to understand what it means yet, but what stuck with you? What parts of the "dream" did you wake with?

  2. When you revisted the moments from the recent past and childhood, was any of what you witnessed unexpected or suprising?

  3. What new beginings are you embarking on now? Write a list of the beginnings you are moving through: spiritual, material, emotional, etc.

  4. Which spirits came to you? Did you learn anything about them?

  5. How can you honor the child-self that came to you during the meditation? How can you honor them on your altar? Perhaps it's incorporating them into the altar permanently. Perhaps it's leaving offerings for your inner-child there.

  6. How can you honor your inner-child through your thoughts and actions toward yourself?

  7. How can you honor your inner-child through your thoughts and actions toward a particular frustration or "block" or "site of wisdom"* you may be experiencing at this time?

  8. And what about the memory of your more recent self... How can you honor that version of you through your thoughts and actions toward yourself? Toward your crafts? Toward your frustrations/blocks/sites of wisdom?
